What a normal Renovation would be:

Day 1 & 2: Remove old cabinets and counter tops and install new cabinets Day 2 or 3: Template for counter tops 4 or 5 days later tops will be installed Plumbing will be done the day after top installation and all electrical work needed will be completed Finally install of any tile will be done after tops, plumbing and electrical is done
